Pretty soon we were having our own spectacular fireworks show inside of our garage. By the time the last bottle rocket had rocketed my Dad crept close to the garage to survey the damage and the Wassons were standing right behind him. Most of the time it's two drinks, and it's always when I'm preparing dinner, so after 7ish, my 'party' is over. Nevertheless having now had alcohol-free nights I wake up much more chipper and more tolerant to early-morning demands from small people.It does my heart so incredibly good to see my kids loved by a Mimi, 3 Uncles, 3 Aunties, and 6 cousins.  I appreciated the teacher making note of it, as I'm sure it would have been far less fuss to just say that it wasn't an issue, but it kind of shocked me.We were extremely proud and delighted when Luke did well enough on the NYC Gifted & Talented test to be accepted at a citywide magnet school.She was kind enough to give us comp tickets for early afternoon at which time she assured us the school kids would have vacated. So, in true groundhog fashion, we took our second trip of the day there around 1pmNike Dunk Sb Shoes and diligently got in the queue with a thousand seniors on a day- trip (more likely to behave over school kids though). The lady at the ticket counter told me even she wouldn't go to a show with school kids, which acted as an effective deterrent. I am always telling Luke that winning isn't everything; I got so caught up in the moment I missed my own lesson. I spoke to the teacher about it at pickup today and she very tactfully elaborated that there are a few tight-knit groups and Lucy is not always successful at breaking into them. I am a keeper of scraps.Aqua is a show of 360° projections (we are clearly in a round room), and for parts of it you can push at the screen and the water swills and sways about. I thought there were parts that were a bit heavy for young children - at one point the music got darkly dramatic, and Lucy kept asking why children were fading into the water,Nike Dunk Sb Shoes to which I replied 'magic'.
